Lloyd’s Register OneOcean Singapore visits the headquarters of PT Sakti Sadean at Wisma GKBI, Central Jakarta, on February 29, 2024. The visit, led by Keen Looi, Manager – Channel Partners APAC, aimed to strengthen the relationship between principal and client and penetrate the maritime market in Indonesia.
During his visit to the 39th floor of Wisma GKBI, Keen Looi conveyed Lloyd’s Register OneOcean’s commitment to supporting PT Sakti Sadean in the development and strengthening of maritime services in Indonesia. In an enthusiastic meeting during Lloyd’s Register OneOcean Singapore’s visit, Keen Looi explained the advantages of the One Ocean products and their potential in meeting the navigation and regulatory compliance needs in Indonesia’s maritime sector. He also outlined marketing strategies to be implemented to expand the market penetration of One Ocean products in Indonesia.
Keen Looi also highlighted the growing importance of digital solutions in the maritime industry. With the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) announcing that it will no longer produce paper charts by 2030, the industry is clearly shifting toward digital solutions.
